Uscurtains's goal is to simplify the process of ordering custom curtains and also deliver the best quality in industry to families. The experience of customers and the quality of our products come first to us.

That's why we offer the following services to help you order your risk-free custom curtains:

• We offer free fabric swatches for you to feel the texture and see the color.
• We provide expert advice on measurement and selection of the most fitting collection for your windows.
• Reasonable return request will be accepted and handled within 30 days upon your receipt. Check out our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information.
• Installation of curtains or shades should be carried out under proper installation instructions. Uscurtains provides detailed installation instructions for curtains and shades. Please install the hooks or hardware carefully and gently to prevent damage to the fabric or shade lifting system.

The return policy does not apply to any return/refund based on fabric selection, if the customer has not seen a fabric sample or declines to receive a fabric sample after the order is placed.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Uscurtains only delivers the best curtains to customers. We proudly stand behind our materials and manufacturers with a limited lifetime warranty.

What is covered

We guarantee that our product will be free of manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. Should the product be defective, uscurtains will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item.

What is not covered

• This limited warranty does not cover normal wear & tear (examples: normal fading from sunlight, fraying of fabric, loss of color intensity, damage from water, insects or pets, deterioration of operation mechanisms over time).
• This limited warranty does not cover any damages caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the products.
• This also does not warrant that the products won't be obsolete at some point in the future.
• This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

How long does this coverage last

This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product.
