1. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

  • Standard Shipping:

    • $5.99 flat rate for orders under $299.99

    • Free shipping for orders over $299.99 (Free Products excluded)

  • Express Shipping: $85.00

  • Note: Free Products do not count towards the free shipping threshold. If your order is $0 (i.e., a free product), you may still be required to pay the shipping fee.

2. When Will I Receive My Order?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(Excludes custom curtain tailoring time, customs delays, weekends, and holidays.)

  • Processing Time: 1–7 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 14–25 business days — $5.99

  • Express Shipping: 5–12 business days — $85.00

3. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details.

Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking number to update.

4. What If My Package Doesn't Arrive?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 60 days of shipment, please contact us at info@uscurtains.com.
We’ll either resend a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your order summary and shipping/billing information.

6. Order Processing Details

  • In-stock items: Marked “Ships in 24 hours” will dispatch the next business day.

  • Other items: Usually ship in 2–5 business days.

  • If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email.

7. Shipping Policy Recap

  • Free shipping on orders over $299.99 (excluding Free Products)

  • Flat $5.99 fee for orders under $299.99

  • Express shipping available for $85.00

8. Shipping Confirmation

Once shipped, you’ll get a Shipping Confirmation Email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Items included in the shipment

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. You’ll receive separate emails for each shipment.

9. Day of Delivery

On your delivery day, you may receive an SMS notification from the carrier.

10. Missed Delivery

If you miss the delivery, please contact the carrier directly to reschedule.
