 1.HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Placing an order is easy!

  1. Select your preferred style, size, and options on the product page.

  2. Click “Add to Cart”.

  3. Proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin processing and notify you once it ships.

2.HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Since most of our products are made-to-order, production and shipping times are as follows:

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days
    (For curtains, please allow extra tailoring time.)

  • Processing Time: 1–7 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 10–18 business days — $5.99

  • Express Shipping: 5–12 business days — $59.00

⚠ Note: Shipping times do not include customs clearance delays, weekends, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING

Tracking numbers may take 1–2 business days to become active in the courier’s system.
If your tracking still isn’t updating after 3 days, please first check with the carrier. If issues persist, contact our support team for help.

4. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER

If your order hasn’t arrived after 24 business days, please reach out to our support team. We’ll investigate and make sure you receive a timely update.

5. PAYMENT INFORMATION

5.1What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

5.2When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged immediately after your order is placed successfully.

6. HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

  • All transactions are SSL-encrypted, the industry standard for secure online payments.

  • We never store your credit/debit card details after the transaction is completed.

7. I’D LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER

Cancellation Policy:

  • You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@uscurtains.com.

  • After 24 hours, the order enters production and can no longer be canceled.
